About Katherine

I build on my experience in 50+ countries as a leader, consultant, ICF-certified coach & author in cross-cultural and global contexts. I am known for my practical approach, an engaging manner, building high trust environments, and providing tangible results. I thrive on partnering with L&D professionals to create leadership programs, talent strategies and competency frameworks. I facilitate in an inclusive manner and find great joy in seeing individuals flourish in their roles.  I am also the co-author of “Boss or Buddy: Balancing Act for Today’s Leaders (in Norwegian) and contributor to “Developing Your Global Mindset: The Handbook for Successful Global Leaders” (Javidan & Walker).
