Proud to represent Diversity Icebreaker in Canada! Originally developed by Bjørn Z. Ekelund, with whom I have worked 20+ years, Diversity Icebreaker (DI) started in Norway and now used by almost 500,000 people in over 80 countries and available in 15 languages

DI measures preferences for interaction, communication and problem-solving styles. After completing the 10-minute questionnaire (online /mobile  + results instantly available), attendees engage in a set of unique group processes to develop a shared understanding of how to make best use of the diversity of their group.

The beauty of DI is its simplicity, engagement, humour, self-reflection and psychologically safe group discussions that create an inclusive environment after attendees first diversify then unify, according to their communication & motivation preferences.

DI is also affordable, costing much (!) less than most other assessment tools, and not requiring certification or annual licensing fees. Part of Bjørn’s dream is to make DI as accessible and inclusive as possible to people around the world.
