Competency frameworks define the skills and behaviors needed for success and ensure that hiring, developing and learning align with organizational needs. In close collaboration with client, I create customized competency frameworks to ensure timely re-skilling and upskilling for individuals in alignment with your organization’s strategic goals. Create competency frameworks for leaders, core competencies for all employees and/or functional competencies that are more position-related (e.g, finance, sales, etc.).
Integrate
I collaborate with your organization to embed competencies in all phases of talent lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, developing, managing performance and succession planning. Integrating competencies that support your organization’s strategy ensures alignment in development initiatives and a more predictable and consistent path for leaders and employees.
Resources
I can also support you in creating a set of inclusive learning resources to support leaders and employees in strengthening each competency that encourage self-directed learning and emphasize upskilling and reskilling, especially in era of artificial intelligence (AI). Inclusive resources support individuals with different learning styles and include books, e-books, articles, podcasts, webinars, TedTalks, LinkedIn Learning, and internal resources.
