Global Mindset – GMI®
Global mindset is the ability to influence others different from yourself and better equips you to lead people from different cultural, functional and generational backgrounds.  I use the Global Global Mindset Inventory for self-assessing individuals’ current level of global mindset, identifying desired level of capability and creating development plans to achieve goal. Global Mindset provides an excellent context and link to other leadership development program topics of leading change, building teams, giving feedback, driving innovation, coaching and many more.
Cross Cultural Communication – COI®
Communicating well with people from different cultures is important whether working in other countries or working in your own country with people of different nationalities. Learn how to strengthen your intercultural empathy, boost interpersonal impact and gain skills to lead people from different cultural, functional and generational backgrounds.  I am certified in the Cultural Orientations Indicator® (COI®) which provides an assessment of an individual’s work style and cultural preferences. The personalized profile report gives recommendations and suggests relevant resources for building effective skills and cultural agility.
